These scarves are arm knitted to create a chunky look. I use a yarn that has an almost plush feel to it and can be hand washed. These scarves are lightweight enough to be worn with a sweater or outfit all day long from fall through winter and into spring. They can also be paired with a jacket to help create a very warm outfit to protect against the freezing winter weather. Once you put one on you will not want to take it off.
